1. Acceptance

By placing an order on PremiumVault you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We resell access to premium digital subscriptions. PremiumVault is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or any other rights holder.

3. Orders & Delivery

Activation is typically delivered within 0–4 hours via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Warranty

Every subscription is covered by a 12-month warranty. If your subscription stops working before the end of the term, we will replace it free of charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, share, or misuse the credentials you receive. Any abuse may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts.
